Twitter, the frivolous little bird that it is, interestingly offers businesses, non-profits and individuals a pliant means of micro-sharing. And yet it remains a difficult thing to explain to the uninitiated. So after some Twitter conversation on Tuesday night, it occurred to me to develop a pitch of Twitter in exactly 140 characters:
Twitter is to brains what Google is to servers. If you want portals into those brains, get on Twitter. The future has arrived. Ready to fly?
So what do you think? Does it work? Would you want to learn more if you were a suit-wearing enterpriser? How would you pitch Twitter to your clients, your boss, your friends or strangers you bump into?
