Lessons Learned from Grief

It hurts more the longer you postpone it.
That impulse to go ape-shit for a few minutes? Go with it.

Sit with the dark. Befriend it.
Hemingway was right.
Fall back in love with nature.
Grace under pressure is your right. So is grief.

    My own recovery.

    Financially busted.
    Emotionally intact.
    Long climb ahead.
    Good luck to you.
